01The tool

The AI ops tool built for theindependent forecourt.

Every car, from intake to sold - one view, no gaps, runs without you.

02The pipeline

Every car. Every stage.

One pipeline from intake to sold. You can see where every car is, who last touched it, and what needs to happen next - without asking anyone.

03The Ready state

Not listed until it's actually ready.

A car hits "Ready" when recon is cleared and its data is complete - photos, spec, price, MOT. That's the quality gate. It's also when the car becomes feed-ready for the Collective exchange. One standard, two outputs.

04Accountable, not anonymous

Every action, attributed.

Each team member works under their own PIN on the shared dealership login, so you can see who did what and when - without the friction of separate accounts for everyone. The forecourt stays accountable, not anonymous.

05Runs without you

Built to run without you.

Settings are the delegation surface. Define the rules once - who can do what, at what stage, with what sign-off - and the forecourt operates at full capacity whether or not you're on site.

06The point

Most forecourts run on memory, WhatsApp threads, and spreadsheets. That works until a car stalls invisibly, a margin disappears quietly, or you're the only one who knows where anything is. The tool makes the forecourt legible - to you, to your staff, and eventually to the exchange.
