1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to your use of thedealers.co.uk and The Dealers tool, operated by Block Bridge AI (Company No. 16375129).

2. The Collective - free membership

Collective membership is free. You can join, leave, or unsubscribe at any time. Membership gives you access to the Intelligence Hub and Collective communications.

3. The Tool - paid subscription

The tool is available on monthly subscriptions (see /pricing). You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period. No refunds for part-periods unless required by law.

Founder rate: the first 100 tool subscribers are locked in at 50% off the standard tier price for life. This rate stays with your account as long as the subscription remains active and is not transferable.

4. What we are not

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or regulatory advice. The Intelligence Hub is market analysis and context only. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions that affect your business.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site - copy, analysis, structure - belongs to Block Bridge AI. Underlying data we cite belongs to its respective sources, credited throughout the site.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the tool and intelligence in good faith. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of information on this site, or for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify tool subscribers by email if material changes are made.
